Yes, but Red Bull has to work logistics and costs for two teams, not just one....

Besides, over the years all of the teams have complained bitterly about one thing or another, just like a bunch of whiney girlie men.......

I think Pirelli should just build 4 compounds of tires and let the teams figure how to make them work, and stay out of the rest of it - that way they can't be accused of favoritism.

I'm glad of this news. Massa's really getting back into form this season, and Williams deserves a good and motivated driver of his ability.

I'm very happy to see Massa land in a team that has potential. Time will tell, but with major changes in store for 2014 I think Massa & Williams have a decent shot at success.

The cars have been ugly for a long time. This will be just a different version of ugly. It's all about crossing the line first. Ain't no beauty contest.

And that's how Alonso likes it. He didn't want to keep Massa around only because he likes the guy. I understand that, though. Every F1 driver wants the focus to be on him. I think anyone who claims he doesn't want to work for a team that names their drivers as #1 and #2 is either already being treated as a #2 or is worried he will be.

This is another dig at Alonso, just like giving him an 8/10 without acknowledging the role played by the relative performance of his car. That said, it just might work, pushing him the way Mark laid it out. Wonder whether they told Alonso, when they were ready to sign Raikkonen, they weren't going to treat him as a #1 anymore... :skep:

If your organisation hasn't been achieving as you want, or it should, how is dividing overall responsibility between two people going to help?

Two guys, each covering their particular areas of expertise, is fine but failing to take the decision on which one can overrule the other (in extremis) is starting off on the wrong foot. It's like two number one drivers with no team boss.

Or maybe Lauda wants to set up the organisation so that he has the deciding vote.

Yea, ALL my motorsports buds here in Texas are so conflicted about which event to attend. NOT!

Check out the TMS attendance figures. Eddie's scared, and talking stupid.

I'll claim 69 because somebody has to.

The double points is just another way to stop the dominant team from winning. It's just like what they did when Ferrari was winning. The current points system came in then along with grooved tires, narrower tires, narrower cars, 1 tire per race, and reduced downforce. Only this time they are doing it all at once.

    "We must STOP the BULL!"
