5 lug wheels, does that imply an ALL4 Hardtop possibility? :arf: Stolen from autoguide, of course, must show proper credits.
:cornut: Thanks DaveO. Are you going on record as saying that there is a MINI more lowly than an R56?:eek6::eek6::lol::lol: Jason
Oh my! R53 snob or is that sob. Actually, If I had a bigger garage, the sweet JCW 05 in Chili Red looks pretty darn good in the forsale section. But I will wait, perhaps the high mile GP1 will drop his price to 10K to get rid of it. Hey Dave. just pull'n, but you would love that 3cyl 1.5, it will probably outrun yours and my R56. :devil: Don
:yikes::yikes::smilewinkgrin::smilewinkgrin: Go get'im Old81!opcorn:opcorn::lol::lol: Jason R56 here too. Margi 08 R56 BRG MCS/JCWm
:lol::lol::lol::lol: new Minis just look like VW Beetles and I never want to say I have a 1.5 L 3 cyl anything.:nonod::nonod: Unless its a lawn mower. :idea:
I was the proud owner of a 750cc 3 cyl 2 stroke SAAB. The jusry is still out on the new MINI. My fingers are crossed. :fingerscrossed:
It's only a cm longer. But it looks much longer. Proportions get screwed up with each new model, or each new variation. Guess we won't know for sure until the entire disguise is off, but it's not looking promising. You might be able to make more power than my car with a 3 cylinder. If you can crack the BMW ECU from hell. But even if you could do that, and it's a big if, you're asking a lot of three cylinders for a long term reliability standpoint. From what I've read, there MAY be a 300HP JCW on the horizon with the F56. But it won't be 3 cylinders....
