I will post up more details about the events for the weekend of May 29th - 31st as I get them. Sounds like it will be a good time with events/drives going on all weekend in the HH area and will be open to all kinds of cars.
Sounds like there is a new monthly event starting up in Westerville. It's called Cruise Uptown and will be the first Friday of the month (first one is planned for 5/1 for those of you not going to MOTD). I will add it to the first post once more info comes out.
I logged out of FB and tried it and it didn't work. Works fine when you are logged in. For those of you without FB here is the description
"Every first Friday of the month, we will host a cruise-in in Uptown Westerville. We welcome all collector cars from hot rods and muscle cars to Japanese and Euro Imports. Motorcycles are welcome too!
Parking is at the US Bank at 833 South State Street in Westerville. We hope to utilize more parking throughout Uptown once the US Bank parking fills up.
We are still working out some of the fine details, but we hope to have to great incentives from Uptown Westerville Merchants!"

That parking location is not very good if you plan to walk around uptown Hooterville. The trouble being that the First Friday thing is very crowded with people & they take all the available parking spots in uptown. If they can find better parking it would be more successful. They should use one of the municipal lots in ground zero Hooterville.
Looked it up on the Googles and that is an awful parking location for something that is being associated with Uptown Hooterville. I wonder if they actually mean the Union Savings Bank that is on 44 S State St. (which would be much better).
Not something I will probably ever go to, but wanted to put it out there for others to see.
