I think if Mad Max had a better ride he would be challenging for podiums instead of just points!

From SniffPetrol. Apparently there's a bit of an alternate comment battle going on Twitter.

    Alternate comments include:

"And why is there a vodka bar in here?"

"And the chap who hired me...? He's been WHAT?"

"I'm just in it for the free car. Did you see what RedBull gave me? A verdammt Infiniti."

Not so sure he will get as much out of the Ferrari as Alonso did. Look what he did with the Red Bull this year.

    Reads as...

Honda went to Paris, told the FIA if you don't bend over and let us work on the damn motor then we are going to take the hit and go away. Yeah, so that Alonso Button Team..no engine, no entry. So whats that ...18 cars now.

Then they bowed respectfully to the FIA while brandishing a Fark Ewe smile.

Now I get it, they're actually in the car making biz. Makes sense but I gotta admit I never thought of it that way. Probably because when I see Infiniti on the cars I just think of them as a sponsor and the fact they're an automaker doesn't even cross my mind. I'm sure Infiniti think people take it the exact opposite way, like their association with Red Bull means they're actually involved. After all, Red Bull is just an energy drinks company...what would they know about building cars?

There was a point last year when Red Bull was having so much trouble with the Renault engines they supposedly briefly studied the option of making their own. Speculation was if they'd done it the engines would have had Infiniti badges.

Not a Seb fan, but the emotion he showed on the podium made me think that maybe the disappointing season he had last year has had a positive effect on his personality.
