Ferrari snuck up on them this time, rest assured M/B's strategy in the future will be based upon the boys in red having a faster pace.. Hopefully Ferrari will improve even more and ruin many more M/B parties this season!!!![]()

I'm jazzed just to see a real Ferrari / Mercedes title fight. It's the first time since 1955.
What kills me though is that the Ferrari is faster in a straight line than the Merc. That's the exact opposite of how Seb won his championships. The RBs were quick in corners, slow (comparatively) in straights.-

Expect the McLarens to start moving up the field, now that they've gotten their pre-season testing sorted out.

Agree on both points, and Nico needs to man up or become a bridesmaid forever....

Bernie says if Audi joins the F1 ranks he'll leave.
Bernie Ecclestone has revealed he is willing to leave Formula One if it encourages Audi to join the grid.
Speculation has been rife that Audi is set to buy either Toro Rosso or Red Bull and therefore take a place in the field for the 2016 campaign.
However, it is widely reported that Volkswagen Group boss Ferdinand Piech does not like Ecclestone, thus delaying a possible foray into F1.
"If that is the case I'll leave," Ecclestone told BBC Sport. "I'd be happy to step down immediately to bring those people in. Absolutely serious."
In that same interview with the BBC, Ecclestone suggested that he does not particularly welcome Manor's presence in F1.
Manor - formerly the financially stricken Marussia - did not race in the season opener in Australia and have finished no higher than 15th in any of the two subsequent meetings.
In reaction to Ecclestone's comments, Manor team boss Graeme Lowdon said: "I think, with the greatest respect, the most important thing is if the fans want us there and the message we get loud and clear is the fans want us there.
"Bernie and our team have the same objective, we want to contribute more. When we contribute more Bernie will feel differently.
"We're a racing team, it's our job to move forward. We had a very difficult end to last season and a difficult start in terms of preparation.
"We're here and we're here to stay."-
