What kind of pissed off is Alonso going to be if Vettel starts winning some races at Ferrari? :cryin: :biggrin5:
I ignored the rumors I read the last few days that the RB was going to be revealed in zebra livery. Assumed that was as nuts as it sounds. Does anyone think they're going to race like that as well? Read an interesting comment from Adrian Newey pointing out their relationship with Renault was closer than ever, strengthened by the fact they're now the only customers (RB & STR being the same big group). I suppose that means everything Renault did to improve their engine may have been almost scripted by RB.
The team that wins the first day of the first test of the season isn't the one with the best lap time, it's the one with the highest lap count.
Yup, they're definitely testing. I wonder whether they have to fit extra visor tear-offs when they use that much flo-viz.
If I ignore the big nipple, the new Williams' nose seems like a bit of a call back from their old tusk nose.
Both of these videos sound like the audio has been compressed badly, introducing artifacts and weird distortion. I'm not sure that it really is poor audio quality, or that's just how the Honda sounds, but it certainly is different. Last year the fastest time run by the end of the 4 day test at Jerez was 1:23.276...by Magnussen in a McLaren.
More engine sounds. Like those posted above, I expect audio pickup plays a role so probably no way to know how they all sound relative to one another until the first race. Ferrari. Riccy Racer's lack of pace is a surprise. And it seems clear that Ferrari has found some HP over the winter too.
