I think McLaren has bigger issues than the wing. Right now that's like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Not at all, no one expected the Honda motor to be a front runner right out of the box, now here at the end of the season they're already mid field, scoring points and the reliability is improving every race.

Next season I expect them to at least podium.....

Are we all ready to watch an entire race run behind the safety car? :frown2:

FP2 delayed and then cancelled. Some predicting qualifying will be moved to Sun morning. I've been reading about a lot of confusion over what would happen if they have to cancel qualifying but still race. Most say there's nothing in the rules about how they determine starting order. I find that hard to believe.

I'd guess start them according to points. Hey lets invert the field for some real fun.

A Manor leading an F1 race then? Yeah, that would be fun! :biggrin5:

    Especially if it was Rossi.....

I thought they did start according to points standing.......

Given the way so many F1 drivers seem to think they need to win the race on the first lap, imagine the traffic jam and potential for carnage in Turn 1 with all the fastest cars/drivers starting behind all the slowest.

I'm in Dallas and the state-wide weather forecast for this weekend makes me think there is a very good chance Sunday's race could be cancelled.

Logistics may prevent that being they are in Mexico City the next weekend.

FP3 is in the books, run in the rain and without spectators (I think).

Rain is even more intense now and speculation is quali won't run today. Maybe they'll run it tomorrow but, if not, starting order will be based on results of FP3.

If the latter happens, Hamilton will have been more or less gifted the championship since Vettel takes a 10-place penalty and Rosberg hit a wall during FP3 and finished 9th.

    FP3 result:

I guess that ^ would be the move car back into the garage race now. Quali officially postponed until 9AM local tomorrow (10AM Eastern).
