Pretty sure when you reach that level of the sport there are no more Code Brown moments.

I'm going to miss qualifying today but it looks like it might be interesting given all the problems Merc are having. Pirelli changed the minimum tire pressure allowed prior to FP3 and both drivers had trouble with their rears and with lap times, plus Rosberg will have a grid penalty because of a gear box change after his big off...if they can get his car fixed in time for quali. Can't remember if Hamilton is also going to take a grid penalty for an engine change or maybe he was just talking about it being inevitable in the future since they've already dipped into the last of his regular season supply.

I hope the race is as exciting as the quali.... :arf:

Hmmm...that didn't go as planned.
Good Race, stay till the end. -

Quite pleased with the results too. We'll find out soon if team orders are implemented; hope not.

At this point I am simply not a Nico fan......second time is simply proving his nature.

I actually hoped they'd take each other out and Verstappen would win.....that would have been fun!
I'm now officially tired of the Mercedes parade.....and I'm really tired of both their drivers.
and yet....everyone still lauds Senna after he took out Prost....... -

If you look back you will see that Prost took Senna out to become world champion. The next year Senna did the same to Prost. Not much was said when Prost took Senna out, but Senna was all but crucified for doing the same back to Prost. I think maybe we all suffer from selective amnesia at time.

If you notice the timeline it was Prost who started this. Yes Senna was a hard charger & so is Lewis. Seems Nico is playing the part of Prost these days. Pushing competitors off the track is nothing new for Nico. -
brat from Monte Carlo. In the next couple of years we
will see Verstappen on that top step a lot. -

This is fun. Niki Lauda says things and then the Merc PR team all groan, shake their collective heads and leap into action.
