If you are racing you really don't think of things like heat while racing. That is after you get out of your car & collapse.
That's only true of some of them. It was Colin Edwards years ago who said that getting fifth place in Moto GP was as good as he could hope for, as the the four guys ahead of him (Rossi, Lorenzo, Stoner, Pedrosa) were 'aliens' that he could not hope to beat. One of the wisest comments ever made about racers, I reckon. If you want to win in Moto GP, you definitely have to have some alien properties - just watch Marquez (new alien) dance on the precipice. And once an alien, always an alien, I reckon. Casey Stoner has just taken part in the testing session for 2016 Moto GP and collected fifth place, ahead of one of the current aliens....

So, is it blue? I can't really tell. Looks matte black to me...and I don't hate it. Very glad to see the purple has gone away. By the way, it's not the new car. New livery, old car.
Blue-ish? It looks better than all that Infiniti nonsense, but I'll reserve judgment on the matte until I see it on the track. Seems cleaner though, and that's good. I was afraid of much more prominent Tag Heuer branding.
Maybe it's the lighting but I still don't see much blue...but I actually like it and great contrast will make it easy to spot.
