The RS is getting mixed reviews on the track, it looks like it needs a few tweaks to really get it going, but those tweaks should be relatively easy.

 

What surprised me was how much flake was in the paint (might need to try and zoom in to see it better)

UGH that Grabber blue is just ugly.

 

It seems pretty similar to metallic version of Grabber Blue (there was a GB Mustang a couple of rows behind it in the paddock). I liked it because it was not Red, White, Black, or some shade of Silver/Grey. I also like that Ford has an exclusive color for the FiST, FoST, and FoRS.

 

I like the blue, I wouldnt buy one with that color but I like it. If I bought one it would be white, but all my experiences with turbocharged cars leave something to be desired, at least for autocross/track use.

Also that color is ugly color and should me only used for Rustangs.

 

Yes it's a Ford & it isn't the prettiest, but it's a damn fast one. I'd hazard a guess a properly set up RS would put a pretty good whooping on some other cars at the track.

The color is one of my favorite parts of the RS. Come on Dave we all know blue is faster than red. :wink:

 

I have to admit, I like the looks, and love the grabber blue. I like it even better on a mustang, but it still looks good on the RS. There is a uk mini done in grabber blue with a black roof, looks good on a mini too.

The previous generation RS looked great as a 2dr, but I think the new one would look awkward as a 2dr.

It's not Grabber Blue! Grabber Blue is a solid with no metallic, Ford is calling this Nitrous Blue and it's actually loaded with a fine metallic... It doesn't photograph well though, but the color is F-56ing AMAZING! [emoji2] It's almost like those Snowflake Mirrors I did last year but without the heavy flake. [emoji6]

Agreed with Dave, I don't like that it's a 4-door even if it's a stiffer chassis.... And nothing is really there to make me like the look past the paint. [emoji20]
