The d series is a nice fit actually, and you get a 5 speed in the deal.....this is my buddies P'up.
After I spent what I did rebuilding the engine in Buzz, I almost had a forehead slap moment - I coulda hadda Honda motor in it for the same money. And I doubt it would have hurt the value of Buzz since no one likes the Clubman in the first place, and it's a wagon in the second place. If I had it to do again, I know which way I'd go.....-

I agree Dave. But ya know, these little hot rods are cool as hell when it comes down to it. They are in a class seperate from the regular classics. It's just for fun and the thrill of driving such a go-fast little car.

there's a guy who show's up every year to our British Car Show (put on by ..| British Car Club of Charleston) that drives a Riley Elf with a V-Tech that's pretty impressive...
