    3rd Annual Helenblitz Charity event will be held February 26-28, 2010 in beautiful downtown Helen Georgia. All Mini people are invited and you may stay anywhere you wish. Most of the group will be staying at the Helendorf River Inn & Conference center 1 800 445 2271 and mention you are with the MINI Group. $54 a night standard and $70 for Riverfront with Balcony. You can walk to the restrauants and pubs and shops from the hotel. If you never been Helen is located in the north Georgia mountains with lots of German food and spirits. Shops that have things you normally won't find at the mall. This event is sponsored by m2c2 Mini Motoring Club of Carolinas. For more info go to our website or email [email protected] We are making labels for souvenir Wine from the Habersham Winery and will be taking orders soon. Last year we had Helenblitz Mini Merlot.     We had a blast last year and fully intend on returning in 2010. Only hope it'll be a little less damp. Even with the rain we had a blast. Don't miss it!

    Yes we moved it back a week hoping for better weather. Still had a great time even tho we had 6 inches snow by time we got back to Charlotte NC. I just wish I could stay out of that Clock Shop! For someone who doesn't care or need to know the time, I am obessed with clocks. My favorite is a retirement clock with 7 days on it and no hours. Least most days I know what day it is? Think sunny cool weather for Helen!

    I went last year, it only takes me an hour or two to get there. Maybe go this year, or anyone want to come by the shop the day before we could possibly put something together.

    Went last year and had a blast. Will try to be there again. Steve put together a great ride, even in the rain. :arf:
