Same thing happened to me the day I got mine. Don't worry, you're gonna love it even more when it gets back.

 

Drivers Ed needs to be required in ALL states in order to get a license. Most of these *******s out here shouldn't be behind the wheel. I had a chick turn into my door just last month. She was in the MIDDLE lane and just turns right. No blinker, not look over the shoulder which is RULE NUMBER ONE when making a turn per the drivers Ed I took as a teen. My instructor was very stern about that.

Just last night, we were in the truck and took a left turn. A young FEMALE was pulling out of a gas station that was on our right and the whole time inching forward she didnt even look in our direction. Stayed looking to her right waiting for a car and by the time we got up to her and she actually did look left we were at her door and she was in the middle of the lane. Our windows were down and so were hers. Chris was quiet, but I said loud as hell, OH THAT'S RIGHT, I'M DRIVING RIGHT NOW, with a flourish of very confused body language. She noticed. I was pleased

Be careful out there they are everywhere. We are lucky around here no chickens drive cars. Some of the human's do a poor job of it. :wink:

As far as looking over your shoulder goes, it's something I don't do if I'm driving forward. I use the mirrors because if I'm looking over my shoulder & I'm moving forward I have no idea if the car in front of me has stopped.

 

There should be a grace period that covers you when you get a new car, for the time it takes to switch coverage over to the new vehicle...

 

That effing sucks.

I called my insurance agent from the dealer, when I picked my MINI up.

 

Had a close one on my bike this morning, out in the country minding my own business loving life when a grandma started pulling out of her lane looking the wrong way.
I don't know how long its been since she was given the finger but she got this morning.
