I appreciate that small boys (of all ages) think that smoking the rear tyres is a proof of speed/prowess/manliness: am I the only one that thinks it demonstrates how much more power than traction a vehicle has, which isn't really a positive?

It is the slow way around. I'm no fan of electronic nanny's, but that car has to have them to handle that power. Or the driver needs the skill set of Alonso. I wish they'd have timed laps with & without nanny's.
