Good news is the welding of the driver side should be done today... Then the body work can be finished once the wiring is done.

    Thanks....
Rust holes and cancer seems to be missing from your vehicle. Must be nice not having to deal with winters and salt. If that was a 94 from Ohio, it would be much lighter and have greatly improved ventilation.
    Enjoying your thread....:D

today was a very productive day. the driver door was put on, the wheels were pulled off for paint, the poppers are both wired (i do have to take it somewhere to have the alarm programed for them though) but overall a productive day.

should have a body guy working on the car tomorrow to try and get it finished and ready for paint, a little bit of welding needs to be done, my center caps come in tomorrow and those will be getting painted with my rims. hopefully by monday or tuesday i can send the car to paint so it can cure before i drive it to vegas.

car should be getting the last of the welding today. the license plate plinthe was cut out yesterday and the new custom metal one is going in today as well as the rest of the body work being finished.
whether or not the car gets painted before the show is up in the air thanks to normal car issues on other cars. but we will see
i also finished the rims today and should have those all put together and on the car. tires are on their way

The center piece looks suspiciously like the mounting portion of a hole saw... Or am I just seeing things?:D

    Nice progress...:cornut:

Funny I saw that and thought of the smell of Simple Green and the sound of a chain saw.
