Header color wouldn’t have been my first choice but it came out really nice.

Those headers are pretty well hidden. Not a bad color to my old eyes.

Love the header color, would look great with the darker green. I’m interested to see how this turns out.

    great thread, as usual.

I sprayed early this morning and I'm glad I did, the bugs were really bugging me last night as I put up the tent, today while painting I had no issues....

    So first the primer

Then color. this is Resida green used on a lot of VW products that the owner chose, I sent him the pic and he was happy with it.

Doesn't look anything like the army green I'm used to, did they change the color of the uniforms and trucks and such? This is army green to me.....

Wow that's a large screw up. At least he bored too small so it can be fixed. Looks like you'll be painting the block again.

That is progress, although I see that experiece doing as many you have does helps the process. If I was building it would be next year or 2022, before this engine ran again. Nice work, clean work.

Like a certain OCD MINI owner said, go slow, 5 days is a short recovery time, but it appears you are doing light stuff. Remember to not overdo the heavy crappola.

Great work as always, love to see these builds and look forward to see the next many you do.
