I'm back in US territory right now for a while then back to Japan for Christmas and then home bound if all goes well.

 

Ahh.......Christmas in Japan......that must be different? A lot of lights though :lol:

 

How's the sushi over there Chief?

 

Sushi in Japan is awesome, Guam it's back to state prices and not a whole lot of variety.
Maybe it will be Sushi for Christmas dinner?

 

Rude awakening on Saturday! I have always known there were so many more members that I have never meet. But on Saturday I learned first hand. I was driving and saw a mini. To my surprise I saw the MidCal MINIs decal on the car. To my bigger surprise it was a car and driver I did not recognize. Then on top of that she had one of the newer decals and I know those have only been available the last few years. Talk about a wake up call!! Earth to TINA where have you been!! To all of you thanks for hanging in there with me through these last few years!!! Even if I don't see you all the time know that I think about you (even if I don't know who you are)!!!!

 

Dr.Steve, have you opened up the box with the bumper? I need to swing by to pick up the bumper & side skirts to get everything over to paint. Most likely it'll be this weekend as I need to take everything to the shop next Friday. Thanks mang!

Dr.Steve, sorry I couldn't swing by on Saturday. Somebody gave me their stomach flu bug & I got laid out. It put me back down to my fightin' weight. :lol: I do need to swing by -- you still there 4 days/week?

Yep, I received an email from Jules.

The dates for AMVIV9 are June 14 – June 17, 2011.

 

Why do they keep moving it to the right? Last year it was because of a conflict this time? It's hot in Vegas during this time and I don't know where I will be working.. :frown2: If it's not broken, don't fix it...

Dude it may take your body awhile to get used to California time again?

 

Something about flying for two days and then going a day back that just throws a wrench into the whole process. That's the reason that we always end up waiting in Hawaii for two days is your body gets all messed up with the time changes and pilot safety comes into play.

 

Need painter (don't worry, it's not for the Clubbie)

We find ourselves in need of a painter - someone or something tagged the front bumper on the Lexus, so there are now scratches in the plastic. So, are there any recommendations of a good painter?

When I get home I have a name for you. He did some pretty bad scratches on our Lincoln.

Doug Franklin's Classic Auto Body. He's in Clovis, on Barstow, east of Clovis Ave about 2 blocks. Great guy, honest and IMO the best painter around.
