    Jim start fryin up some chicken. You can eat it cold after the power goes out. Although if you eat enough Beanie Weenies you can power the house on methane. :wink:

    At least y'all got a few day's warning. Around here when the sirens go off you grab a flashlight and head for the cellar unless you've been a native all your life then you just stand on the porch and watch to see if it's really on the way.

    One of the things that concerns me is, If the power goes out for Millions in the northeast it will probably be out for 3 to 10 days that it will jack-up the election results.
    Then what.:crazy:

    :lol::lol::lol:

    It is too but it's just rain and wind and I live on top of a hill with no trees around so we should be good.

    Plus we have NJ as a buffer.:lol::Thumbsup:

    Plus I have been rocking out to this.

    Yeah well, I went to work today and its a goast town and not just becaue of Holloween either.

    Philly airport is closed all public transportation is shut down buses, subway, trains and even the Amtrak lines. Del is in a state of emergency and you can not drive anywhere.

    Our local roads clear of cars but lots and I mean LOTS of leaves everywhere with constant rain.

    Its all going to be ok.

    We have lots of Bread, Eggs and Milk so I guess we will be all eating french toast.

    We were right in the path, so I have no idea how this happened, but we got na da. Power went out once for about two minutes, then light rain, off an on all night and no wind to speak of. Barely raining now, the sky is lighter and no snow. :Thumbsup:

    The chickens said they were not impressed, but had a great party anyway. :D

    Looks like most of VA and NC should get by with minimal issues. We have some minor flooding around the area here, but Monday morning's high tide may be the issue. Of course we haven't seen much in the way of winds yet. I expect that to change this evening and in to tomorrow as well. Fingers crossed!

    Looks like NJ isn't going to be much of a buffer here on this one.

    Just heard Delaware is shut down, no traveling at all.

    Ya'll be safe out there and hang out on M/A till the lights go out.

    I stocked up on cans of Beanie Weenies, which can be eaten cold. :Thumbsup:
