Only you Dave! We're keeping y'all in our thoughts and still sending our prayers your way Jason. As for Dave, we'll send him some hand sanitizer!
Since we're supposed to be watching our complex carbohydrates nowadays, it's our "Spoon Full Of Sugar!"
This job is definitely a labor of love but it also requires one to become a jolly but firm Sergeant Major. Every one has an idea and some of them have already been tried or aren't so good. Jason
I think you're doing a great job, Jason. It takes lots of dedication to make it thru the struggle y'all are battling. It's wears on a person day and night. Keep up the good work Green Beret and no we don't want to know where Dave's hands have been.
Good to see the humor keep flowing. We are with you Jason. Best thoughts and warmth to both of you. Don

FINAL UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Margi passed away peacefully while asleep at 1650hrs CST today Tues 14 Jan 14. She was surrounded by friends and family and was here at home just the way the she wanted. She will be sorely missed by every one who knew her. Jason
These were the words my dad selected for his memorial at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Denison, Texas. He too had seen his wife (my mom) through her last months' struggle with cancer. I can think of no better ones. From The Book of Wisdom (The Wisdom of Solomon) from the Biblical Apocrypha (Anglicized), RSV. But the souls of the righteous are in the hand of God, and no torment will ever touch them. In the eyes of the foolish they seemed to have died, and their departure was thought to be a disaster, and their going from us to be their destruction; but they are at peace. For though in the sight of others they were punished, their hope is full of immortality. Having been disciplined a little, they will receive great good, because God tested them and found them worthy of himself; like gold in the furnace he tried them, and like a sacrificial burnt-offering he accepted them. In the time of their visitation they will shine forth, and will run like sparks through the stubble. They will govern nations and rule over peoples, and the Lord will reign over them for ever. Those who trust in him will understand truth, and the faithful will abide with him in love, because grace and mercy are upon his holy ones, and he watches over his elect. May God the Creator bless and keep you Jason. May Lady Margie's prayers for you now be heard in closeness. My prayers continue. What a good man you have shown yourself to be.
Jason, I am truly and deeply saddened by Margi's passing. She fought the good fight with you by her side and now awaits you in Heaven. You stood faithfully and devotedly by her during the darkest days and shared the happy ones with her in total love and affection. I know that God will reward you for your valiant efforts. Please know that we are all here for you. Our prayers are with you always. Jeff
Sorry to hear the news Jason. May peace be with you knowing Margi is in a much better place feeling no pain now. My sincere condolences to you and the rest of your family.
I'm so sorry Jason..... You did everything right and made her last days as good as they could have been. I wish you peace now. Reflect on all the wonderful memories you have of her and your lives together. May her memory be for a blessing.
