Well on Thursday I purchased new baby, my 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop with just 17 miles in Chilli Red. I even wore a red sweater when I picked it up. I flew to Alexandria VA and drove the beauty home to NC. I got what I knew I would love versus what I would like. I went with neither of my original choices, but what I wanted all along. My Mini has a sunroof (I'm a sunroof fan) and cold weather package. NC has had a cold winter. Those two options were important to me, and the marginal price difference is honestly unimportant. To say I am in love is an understatement. And I love the black interior.

Excellent!!! Great color I wish I had a sunroof. NC so you have to come to the Dragon! You didn't buy a car, you adopted a pet that eats petrol.

Looks like you got the best of both your original choices. Congratulations - and welcome to the extraordinary world of Chili Red MINIs.

BTW, I was in NC in January, and even though it was abnormally chilly, that wasn't COLD! COLD has a minus sign in front of it - although I did think the weather alert for possible frozen puddles on the streets was amusing. :biggrin5:
