Not to be a wise guy, but why would you open the bleeder for a pad & rotor change? I'm sure the good folks at eMINIparts.com can get you a bleed screw.

When bleeding both the clutch and all four calipers which is supposed to be bleed first, clutch first or calipers first?

Bleeding your brakes with fresh fluid is a good idea. That being said I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around how you are getting air in the system from a bad bleeder, but no fluid is coming out???
