Agreed! I'm doing fixed camber plates and adjustable rear control arms first, then i'm gonna see what I'm going to do with springs, shocks, and rear sway. Also, I'm broke and those were cheaper in comparison. No more mushrooming with the plates too. I hope to do my install and alignment the weekend after this one. I'll take some pics and write up some notes. - Andrew
Yes. Is at the forward end of the trailing arm? EDIT: I had it right the first time....I sort of see what I need to do. - Andrew
Yea Drew, it's actually quite easy. Best if you use a marker and mark the the trailing arm bushing carrier and the chassis so you know where you started. Just helps ya know just how much you are moving it. Don't loosen too much. Just lossen enough so it you tap it with a dead blow hammer it moves. If you lossen it to much it may shoot over to the outside if you are jacked off the ground.
Thanks for that, you've been helpful. Looking forward to finally giving it a shot this weekend hopefully.
:cornut: This is interesting and very helpful. The shop doing my alignment said they couldn't adjust the toe and get less than 2 degrees of neg. camber . Now I'm going to look and try myself, THANKS Mark ps---best of luck Drew
I would purchase the mini alignment plates, I was actually just looking into toe plates and camber gauges for the spring when I came across this thread :yesnod:
