    Heck it is in many places these days. Well not really, but the police & rent a police are having a field day harassing photographers.

    Flashing lights at oncoming traffic is not too smart either, especially in the first segment when he is one the breakdown lane.

    well, Just when ya think ya seen it all

    This is "FUNNY" A human speed camera (DUH!!!)

    I guess this is what happens when you have a lot of extra time and nothing to do.

    I really enjoy seeing this kind of stuff so I gotta thank you for sharing this one.

    Way better then the real speed cameras they use on I-95 in Sout Carolina.

    that is funny and I agree with ronnie948, much better than those speed cameras on I-95 in my state
