My claybar looked like hell today after it's trip across the Subaru No plastic trim to tape before using the random orbital to apply a quick coat of wax!
I will get some bar and clean car pictures up tomorrow. Just finished waxing, now I get to wait till tomorrow to see where I missed getting wax off, I need better lights in my garage.
FB just has proof that my garage has terrible lighting for pictures, and my phone has a terrible camera attached. Out in the daylight the paint has some nice depth. I was thinking that it is important to get a good coat of wax on the WRX for fuel economy. With the Mini it was just the front that really mattered, but since the WRX can get sideways I need to reduce the drag created by the sides of the car
I love that a thread about someone buying a Mini has been hijacked with pictures from a guy who sold his Mini: If it helps anything I was not able to park in my normal spot because there was a clubman in my spot today
Agh! I miss you all! My MINI is surviving Cleve-burg so far...the winter has been very interesting I have to say. I can't wait for summer when I can wash it with no worries and (hope!) that they will patch a few of the potholes! I will take pics of it next time in the crazy Cleveland snow...hope to make it to a breakfast soon...see you all then!
I wash going to point out the spot you missed until I realized that it was a smear on my screen! Looks great! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Whoa, that was fast Got these today. Now just need a Silver R60 to mount them on! tic toc, tic toc opcorn:
Meg, Meg.....you've been released hey guys, don't pay the ransome, Meg was released by her captors :cornut: Seriously, we all miss you since you moved to the North Coast. :cryin:
Your Non-MINI looks great Allen. That color really pops when it's clean. Jim I have one of each. Love my MINI, but also love the Skooby. :arf: Hey Don, you jumped the gun a bit on the plates. Silverback R60 FTW... Hi Meg! Head on down, to folks in Cleve-burg Columbus is like Florida.
