I'm talking about the 02-04 rear fog mod (OP has an 04). The rear fog is the top bulb in a pre-facelift taillight. The bulb is there and pre-wired but never lights up for most US customers.

 

Ahh I see.... :eek6: :mad2: Well its still not needed if it passes the DOT requirements.

I hope he gets this all figured out without needing to buy a new BCM.
