    Lake Tahoe, CA, June 22-24. The host hotel is the CalNev Casino, but you can stay close by at the Tahoe Inn for less, minus the casino, if that's your thing. It'll be a grand time!

    More info please?? Is this club hosted? What events? etc etc. I was seriously going to AMVIV BUT this is closer and it has been years since I was in Tahoe.

    Might be fun. Keep us posted.

    sorry about the double post

    The events are still in the planning/scheduling stages. It's hosted by Mini Owners Club of America. Looks like they'll do a couple of runs, TSD rallye, concours show, autocross, and some silly stuff (RC car races, swap meet, ect). It's always a good time with MINI folks.

    Things are still in the planning, but should be getting pinned down soon.

    Nope, it's for everyone. They just have lots of pictures of the classics on the website. The host club varies depending on the location, last year it was in BC. The MOA groups like the new MINIs too :)

    My parents will be going in their 1380cc Mini(with trailer), along with my wife, son and I. There should be a few of us convoying from the Pacific North West! Mini Meets are always good times!

    We're planning on hauling our two (new MINIs) down as well. Are you hauling I-5 to Redding or going the back way through Or, ect? We'll see you there!

    We are not sure on route yet Rae. If we do blast down the I-5 we could hook up though. We'll keep in touch with you and let you know of other convoys heading by you enroute to MMW 2011(from other clubs such as Vancouver MINI Cooper Club, Vacouver Mini Club, Victoria Mini Club, etc)!

    We have a group from the Redding area (Shasta Minis) that are going. Many of us have already made hotel reservations. I know of 6 classic Minis that will be going from our group, plus several MINIs. This is a great area to hold a Mini event. Lots of beautiful scenery and great roads, not to mention all the night life
