2nd Gen Coupe Most liked posts in thread: Anyone know how many Coupes have been sold?

From January to August of this year MINI has sold 2022 Coupes in the US.

On or abut the first of the month we here on Motoring Alliance publish the US sales figures as reported by BMW / MINI US.

My father in law bought one and kept it for 3 days. I'm not kidding. He decided it was too small and rode too rough with the sport package. I still can't figure out how he didn't discover this on a test drive. He traded it on a 2012 S Hatch, which they love.

Someone got a killer deal on a "used" coupe.

 

Add in the 253 Coups that were sold in 2011 in the US brings the total as of the end of August 2012 to 2275 sales.

 

The 12 JCWCPE is my fourth MINI ('04 MCS, 09 JCW, 11 CMS) and my favorite so far. Sorry to hear he didn't like it!

I'm curious as to the color breakdown. Most photos I've seen show coupes in black or white.

 

Mine is Midnight Black, the only other black one I have seen is the one

CHKMINI has (copycat!!!!!!!!!).
