Well I figured it out today. Somehow I misplaced one of the throttle body screws so I went to dealer to order a replacement.
While I was there I asked a tech how to get the throttle body off. There was a third screw in a blind spot and once I found it it came off easy peasey.
I installed the pcv hose and re installed the throttle body.
I replaced one in an n14 engine not long ago. It was difficult but only because my hands are too big to easily cram in the space under the manifold. No screws were required though.
