You mean the lense? Is it foggy or cracked? Also do you have the xenon lights?
Most likely the easiest way if they are plastic and fogged is to polish them, you can bring them back that way. Then you reseal them. If cracked buy a used assembly. Have any pics? You can upload using the “go advanced†option when you reply. -

Take them out and wet sand them with anything from 1000 grit up to 2500. You can also wet sand them on the car but you have to tape off areas you don’t want to sand by mistake.
Then use a good compound on a DA and buff / polish them out for a while and they will be brand new again.
New OEM lights run $800 each and eBay crap runs $400 a set. -
I have a pair of 2002-2004 Xenons available in okay condition and new trim rings included. Send a pm if interested.

I've never seen the lens sold separately and I've been loving the R53 model since around 2003 or so.

No individual part number for the lens... just the complete housing unit: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/partgrp?id=RE33-USA-04-2005-R53-Mini-Cooper_S&mg=63

You may want to contact Raj at ark auto recycling as he may have a nice used unit you can buy cheap and use it as a doner unit for the lens you need.
