I haven't played words with friends in a while but you can find me if you want. I am registered through Facebook. Not really important but my friend works for Zynga, the makers of Words with friends.
As for apps I like Daily Roads Voyager(Free on android) It's a dash cam app. Lots of options video or picture every X minutes. You pick the length of videos you want and allowed space. It records over the oldest videos as needed. You can save a video by tapping on the screen or auto save under a certain Gforce.

I will agree with Nathan from a much earlier post(referencing gas buddy) it is a bit frustrating when it comes to crowd source apps. I live in a somewhat small city. According to apps like urban spoon there are very few restaurants here.

Lastly I will recommend a game, Bananattack(Free, only on android for now) Kind of a tower defence type game. I must admit my friend made the game, his sister in law did the graphics and I helper with the French version. (hope this isn't breaking rules)

    pwSafe and Dropbox

pwSafe works with the open source Password Safe program on my desktop via Dropbox to keep the myrid of passwords, servers, ftp's, sites, notes and client info all at my fingertips on both the iPad and iPhone.

I can now work from anyplace.

Oh wait...that may not be such a great thing...

    Apps

Out of Milk. This is a good app. If you are about of something at home, you can either type it in this app or scan it using the bar code Out of Milk has. Or if you are work and remember you need something then you can just pull it up on your phone and type it right there. When you go to the store, you can just open this app up and you have your grocery list right there on your phone. It is so much easier than having a piece of paper and it getting lost if it is breezy or you throw it away without meaning too. I have done that many times.

Why do App designers think that a whole new look and feel to an established app is what we want. I've been using the app Zite for quite some time, I liked it, the app worked, it made sense. It was easy to navigate. Yesterday, Zite 2.0 was released. New everything. Now I'm not that resistant to change when change make sense. In this case I can't understand why they had to take a good thing and muck it up.

    Google Maps is back!

It's pretty darn nifty too, much better than the Apple Maps

Anyone have a mapping app (Android) you like better than Google Maps? Looking for an option that will also work well on occasion in lieu of a dedicated GPS for turn by turn directions, etc.
