Mine is going into service on the 5th and this is one of the things they will be looking at. I will let you know what they find out. Based on what you said earlier the salesman's story that it is just a fuse obviously will not be the case.
Awesome, thanks in advance! I checked every fuse in the fuse box as well as taking the end off the plug and taking it apart to see about a fuse in there and there are none. I think mine has to have something to do with the radio itself because of the fact that it doesn't show the AUX option at all.
Same here! Mine shows the USB option but will not let you select it. The Bluetooth also does not work. It shows the phone option but again will not let you select it.
Going to clarify a few things because they seem fuzzy from reading through the thread. AUX --> Has a USB port (female) and a 3.5mm headphone jack (female) i-Device Use --> If you have the iPod Adapter (has both USB and 3.5 male plugs on one end and a standard iPod/iPhone/iPad/i-etc connector) you can use your i-device and control the music with the car controls. 3.5mm Headphone Jack --> Will accept any 3.5mm jack from any device. The stereo will play whatever is being moved over the device but no controls are available. USB Port --> Will accept USB thumb drives and/or other USB devices. It has to be plugged-in for a moment for the car to read the drive. If the thumb drive is over a certain size the USB port will not read it (has to do with data formatting types for drives). Other devices will vary depending on thier operation such as Android phones. In the case of my old Motorolla Droid (Gen 1) I can plug it into the USB port and start the music player on the phone and the car will play whatever is being played just like if I used a male-to-male connector and plugged it in the 3.5mm jack. However my current Motorolla Droid Bionic will not play that way. Typically I use an 8 gig USB thumb drive with music organized into directories. The port reads them just fine and I seem them organized as the directories I assembled. For the OP. If you can't even see the AUX option check to make sure there is something plugged in to the AUX port. If there isn't it won't show. Same as if you didn't have a CD in the player CD will not show as an option. If that doesn't work I experienced an issue when the dealer performed an ECU reflash. I lost all of my radio options. I had to go back to the dealer and have them "reset" the system. After that it was just fine and I haven't had an issue since. I was told it is a potential side effect of messing with the ECU. Good luck.
Thank you Redbeard, very helpful info. I may just get somewhere from that  As for the AUX. I plugged my phone into the 3.5 and even pushed play and still no option. Looks like I may have to have the dealer reset it.
I picked mine up today. The problem was the ULF-SBX-H (whatever that is) module. Once that module is replaced it appears that the radio then needs to be programmed to work with it. So even if you replaced it yourself the dealer still will need to activate the module before it will work.
