Yea, if it works well i have an old Droid X I will make some kind of a mount for a more "permanent" solution. Old smart phones really do have a use after all!

Can't believe how much information I am able to get using this combo!!! For only ~$25!!! For what it is worth I would recommend this to anyone who wants more insight into their car!!!

I got the app and Bluetooth adapter last week. I cannot seem to get it to read any codes. I have several warnings on the dashboard display but when I tell torque to show fault codes it doesn't show anything.

Does the app not cover codes for mini coopers?

I use droidscan pro and it only gives me check engine codes. As far as any mini specific codes I use Google :)
