Happily bearded since 1997.

 

I have had some form of goatee/beard since I graduated from high school. Not the best picture of my current look (selfie taken at a bar after a night of drinking at a Beerfest)

 

Good thing about that is it's never too late, and it's never too early.

 

Aaah come on, its not that bad...

 

I had the opposite experience, I shaved mine off as a job requirement and my wife didn't notice for two weeks :blush2:

....I can't imagine shaving it off again the rest of my life, although I keep it short - unlike Scott in Bend - so I hope she's used to it by now.

 

I have had full beards, Van Dykes, and goatees. I grow them for a while, then get tired of them, and shave them off. I very seldom look like my driver's license picture.

Right now, I have no facial hair. Six months from now, who knows.

I do have more grey facial hair than grey hair on my head. That does have some influence on my shaving practices. The facial hair on my chin has the least grey, so I lean towards the goatee, these days.

I have been growing my "Finally Free" beard since June 7th, and I have already forgotten what my chin looks like, and haven't seen my drinking scar in months...

But on June 7th, I am probably going to shave it... Darn curly hair grew great for the first 4 months, then seemed to just stop.

 

They wouldnt let me in either so dont feel bad!

 

That's funny because I'm sitting back upright if you click on it!

 

Not on my confuser, but if I pick the monitor up & hold it sideways you are right side up.
