Both my wife's '03 MCS and my '05 have 15% pullies. Both have new Goodyear Gatorback 6PK1365 belts which I installed recently. My tensioner has the hole showing, hers does not. NE1 got a theory why not? :confused5:

    Her's is longer than yours?

I've seen a lot of variation in what is "normal" for the tensioner setting and how much of a hole is showing, so maybe it's all good for both cars.

Did you actually check the part numbers on the belt, not just the box? I have seen them in the wrong sleeves before. Also. I have been seeing a lot of really worn Gator back belts. Missing whole ribs and just falling apart. So I stopped using them a long time ago.
