Ya know I had no idea the UK arm was doing this. After adding all the US and Canadian dealers in the review area I wrote to all of them letting them know of the area on the site and inviting them to register to follow their own ratings. Even letting them know they could add commentary to refute or clear up an issue. Of the 99 US and 23 Canadian dealers I can count the number of those that responded in any way with zero fingers.
I could see them tossing the email into the trash if I was trying to sell them something, but no, this was only to open a dialog.
Oh yeah...this would be a good seque...Go review and rate your dealer sale/service experiences on the M/A Reviews area!
