For a quality one we'd be talking in the $70 range again. That includes embroidery of the M/A Logo and shipping. -
Would the sponsors have patches or are they silk screened?
Of patches are they pre-assembled or would delivering the shirt with some M/A identifier and a bag of patches for you to sew on be best? -

I worked for a company that did a very cool bicycle jersey (think Tour de France) that was all printed on the shirt via die sub that was VERY cool and durable. Not sure if something like that is an option... I will have to see if I can find a site.
Embroidery is always nice, but very expensive. -
