    That place is open 24/7. It is just off US 64 near Highlands NC.

    Yep... It is a couple miles north/west of highlands... On the left as you head into town.

    Its a public road so its always open. I looked at the camera data and it said it was taken at 7:29 pm assuming the clock was right! Basically it was dusk. Below is a pic I made before that one with the lights off and you can see about how bright it was. Then I decided to see what happened with a slow shutter and lights on luckily! I did get there about an hour before and the pictures were too washed out. I drove around an hour and came back.
