Hah, Chuck, now I know why the email messages you send me has such a huge font.... Here I thought you were trying to tell me my eyesight was failing......
Agreed... Great times with my fellow MOM's, great weather, great country run through the corn fields of Ohio, and great BBQ..... Took a few Iphone pic's to share...... You shoulda been there... [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG]
They don't look that big on my monitor.... Great photos Chuck!!! For a guy who didn't have a camera with him you did a splendid job!
Glad ya'll made it! We had a blast today! Glad everyone could make it and hope you all returned safely. Just a couple pics to share below. Hope to see you all again soon! :cornut: Click Brit Car Show - Dayton 2011 - a set on Flickr for my Flickr pics
You should reconsider your plan to sell them... There is nothing more classic / historic for the mini than genuine minilite wheels... Just my $0.02
If/when I ever get a real classic (mine's a '92 and so of no real "collector"or "historic" value) I'll certainly put "real" minilite or "rose petal" wheels on... Right now though they're just taking up space.
I agree with Chuck and Chuck....your Mini would look great with the MiniLites on it. From my perspective any Mini built before BMW resurrected the nameplate is considered a classic, particularly a RHD chassis like yours. Fiona is the right color combo, runs great and definitely turns heads at every event she's attended. Just my $.02
