I went, I saw & I left. Straight line winds with storms coming. Not a very good turn out. In the old days we never knew what the weather was going to do ahead of time. We just dealt with what came. Now we look at our iPods for weather radar.
Well, I virtually had a great time. Sorry you folks missed it. The Spitfire and Vauxhaul were fantastic. Brought back memories of days long past. Jim
I had a great time. I hanged outside until the rain hit then went inside and ate some food. When I came out the rain was done and I drove home. I don't look at the radar when I go to a car event. I just go and make the best of it.
Jason you are my hero. Glad your car wasn't blown away to Kansas. Man the winds were something else when I took off. The skies were so angry looking & I forgot my camera. Missed some cool shots.
I tied a anchor to the car so the wind wasn't a issue. To tell you the truth, I was there and didn't want to try to beat the storm home. So we stayed inside and ate tons of food. Most of the British Cars stayed until the rain stopped. I think I got home about 9:45. Paul, Jason, and Allison, I didn't see you inside. I guess we must have sat at different sides of the place.
