    Went out today for lunch with Pat and the Countryman, interesting to see sunlight, you don't know how much you miss it until you get 5 days of rain.

    My fav. Mexican place was doing well, down the street the golf course was showing the after affects of lasts nights flooding, but lots of folks out taking pics. (Stupid people)....

    About 15 local fire-rescue, police and state police keeping the folks out of the overflow areas. :( (Stupid people).....

    I have to drive across the South Platte every morning to get to work, and I have never seen it as high as it was this morning. At 120th it was probably only a foot or so from spilling into the farmers fields! Thats only what 10-20 feet higher than usual!

    And as usual stupid people prevail, and where tying up traffic so they could get pictures of it. Some even stopping on the bridge and getting out to do it!
