The actual BRP part will start on Friday morning. Our tradition is to have a welcome dinner on Thursday evening to hand out the swag bags, t-shirt orders, etc. Looks like about a 12 hour drive from St. Louie to Waynesboro, so not sure whether you'd do that in one day or two days. If you want to be there for the dinner, you'll want to arrive no later than late afternoon on Thursday.
I'll be posting up lots more information over the next couple days (if all goes well) that should help you out in making your plans.
Think I'll do it in two. I have a couple twisty side routes tentatively planned out, going all interstates is soooo boring. Overnight in Lexington, Ky and be in Waynesboro late Th's sounds like a great plan. Do a couple Dragon/Hell Bender/Cherehola Skyway runs on that Monday after we get done on Sunday and it sounds like the makings of some historic roadtripin'
