Any problems with engine cooling that day? -

That was the morning after my normal 60 mile late night commute. Not only would have to wash off the car, but hose and brush off the rad every day when the bugs were bad.

From our South Dakota trip last May, first day on the road. It got much, much worse tho as we went across Nebraska. At on point it sounded like it was raining - hard - but it was just the bugs hitting the windshield!

We had to stop about every hour at a gas station to clean the window, the squirters and wiper blades just couldn't cut thru the bug guts.....
Reminds me of that old joke..
What's the last thing to go thru a bugs mind when it hits your windshield?
Its ass!
