Yeah, me too!
-
So the blue one that I was looking at here locally sold.....:cryin:
-
Your MINI will find you, they're like that.
Are you still talking to Passport? I have been busy but if he didn't send you pics of the BRG, I can get down there this week.
Ali -
I have not heard from Passport since Friday I think it was. About to give up on that one and keep looking. They don't seem too interested in making a sale.
-
That's just annoying!

Test drove a 2003 BMW M3 with the SMG transmission this morning. Don't think I like the SMG! Either that or this one was screwed up. The search continues. Got the pictures from Passport of the BRG one, but I think that the search continues.

Maybe I need more donuts!

No intervention called for here....
The way I see it folks can buy what ever they choose to. Might not be my cup O tea, but he's not buying it for me.
I figured by now he'd have found his dream ride... -
I'm being picky.
Haven't found exactly what I want yet. I still have a good car, so no rush I guess! -

Cooperjet if you have any E46 questions let me know. I was shopping for a dark grey vert for a couple months before I fell on my WRX. They are great cars just have to check for rear subframe cracks and messed up vanious. Other than that they are pretty reliable cars. In a few years I would not mind finding one as a track toy or possibly a vert as a toy car. They are the last of the true M3's to me. A V8 is not an M3. It is also funny that the current car is no faster around the ring than the E46 CSL.
-
The e46 was nice. Maybe I can find a nice manual one eventually.

Yes the SMG cars are known to burn through clutches and they drive terribly, they were decent when new but the technology has moved so far forward since then that the tranny really holds the car back.

Chris you need 3 peddles to find true happiness....

Test drove a 2005 R52, dark silver. It was just missing heated seats. I've yet to drive anything with runflats and I couldn't believe how rough it was. It had brand new p zeros.
I'm actually considering this one as overall it drove really nice. Oh, and there were no snakes under the bonnet. Always a plus! -
Sounds nice. I'm not sure I'd be happy in the winter without my heated seats, but I run cold. I run those things all winter long and parts of Spring and Fall too.
I do love the color. Any mods on it? It was an S right?
