Yeah, definitely an S. No mods. I looked to see if the seats had the extra connector for the heat, but no such luck. I use them a lot in my hardtop so they are a must have. Not sure if it is economical to do aftermarket or just keep looking. The BRG one that you looked at for me sold I guess. Shame I couldn't work a deal on that. Maybe if it had been closer.

Check with the aftermarket place about the costs of retrofitting heated seats $400 seems low. Not that a used car salesman would tell a fib....
Good luck I hope you can snag this one.
You should bring it to breakfast so we can do a pre-purchase inspection for you. -
I was figuring close to 800 for the seats, but this is the quote that they got. The lower price leaves me slightly worried. We will see how it works out.

400 sounds about right for the dealer to put some kindeling under the seat and install a lighter down there to get it going. But don't worry that is the same system Ferrari used in the 458.
That is one HOT car! -

I've always liked flame paint jobs on hot rods. Even those look very real they just don't look quite right. :mad5:

Actually using the dealer at least for the parts makes sense. Although the aftermarket has come a long way since the old days of kindling under the seats.

Blacklick huh, I live off of Havens Corners and Taylor just past blacklick. I'll keep my eye out for you. I got my 2005 MCS at the Liberty Jeep dealership off of 161/Beech road.

I was unable to go and get the car Saturday. I'm picking it up tomorrow for an extended test drive. I want to go over it real good to make sure there aren't any problems I'm missing. Anyone want to chime in as to everything I should look out for? If it looks good hopefully it will be in the garage tomorrow night!

I have it home now. Looks good in the driveway! It was a fun drive home. Hopefully everything looks good. I could get used to listening to that supercharger.

Shrooming of the strut towers. Tire wear, it is good to know if the prior owner kept the car in alignment if they did that chances are they keep other things maintained. When I bought my Volovo I forgot to check the AC because it was a cold day make sure you check the heat and AC. I would also push every button in the thing and make sure every little thing works. Put a CD in it, check the oil and other fluid levels. I would pull the wheels and check the brake pads.

I love the sound of my Super Charger, if you get a Cold Air Intake, it gets louder! :biggrin5: -
Ended up not getting it today. Car was in great shape, but other things weren't working out. Maybe they will come around....

Well once the weather turn a bit cooler convertibles drop in value. Maybe you can wait them out & score a deal.
