    An interesting discussion of carbon brakes and the challenges Brembo faced in developing a single system that would work well for both road courses and ovals for IndyCar. I think he says they even use the same mono-block caliper front and rear (!) so they have the same parts on all four wheels.

    Road courses cause the most wear (by far) while on ovals the problem is glazing, but apparently the teams only need to adjust the ducting from one track to the next to control temps.
