You said you checked but high egts and hesitation while cold are signs of a leaking intake gasket. Vacuum readings are crazy and it may not throw a code. Be sure the rubber hose near the upper engine mount is properly attached and follow it to the fuel regulator as well.

How lean are you running it? It sounds like it may be to lean. You may want to get bigger injectors. Who did the head and tune?
An adjustable camshaft sprocket would help if it’s a timing problem. Glowing exhaust manifold sounds like a mixture problem. Just off the top of my head

We've changed intake gasket and checked fuel regulator vacuum hose.. we had the same thought when first time problem occured but nothing changed after that...

One thing that came in my mind is that in the fuel regulator line we put the boost pressure gauge T line that goes to gauge sensor..

I was really hoping that you would find a clogging catalytic converter as from your description it’s the one constant you have between the two tests.

The innovate gauge with the tuned map on idling is showing stoichiometric 14.7 afr with the 550cc on and the manifold still glowing red and stalling on start moving the car! That's it before retarding one tooth the timing. Now we are in the phase that we put again the stock map and stock injectors (320cc) and the car is starting ok, moving ok and slightly glowing the manifold. But still glowing.. We are located in Greece so my mechanic did the porting and polishing on my head! The tuner also is a friend of mine very well known in the Mini society but he can't come to Greece due to Coronavirus situation and we tuning the car remotely!

If’n you are running catalytic converter it maybe going bad causing a restriction in the exhaust.

    Hello guys again!

Today i've tried new test base file that my tuner send us and this is the log from cold start until I saw the manifold again glowing red... As I understood right after a conversation with my tuner the car has negative spark timing advance when idling and this is causing many problems.. Engine load is 60-65% and throttle body opening about 5-7 degrees on idle! Short fuel trims are negative 20-25%.. Now we tracking down again the problem!

If anyone has any thoughts on the situation it will be very helpfull for me!

I am uploading for you to see a log from cold start and only idling!
