Something is rubbing somewhere?
Check your inner fender liners and see if you see a rub mark, maybe one of the fasteners came loose. -
Would that make a metal scraping sound?
I figured the only things moving are the wheel and rotor but what could those rub on that is metal in a hard right turn? -
I checked the heat shield, it's looks alright. On stands and the wheel off it makes no noise in a hard right.
But this is the sound.

It's the brake dust plate behind the rotor hitting the rotor.
-
Really?? That's the thin metal directly behind the rotor right? I checked it out and it looks straight, what do you think it could be hitting to make it touch the rotor?

Did the endlinks get put back together correctly?
-
+1 on the dust plate. It may look ok but that's for sure what's rubbing. Take the wheel off and bind it back a little even if it looks ok. They bend easy.

At full lock is there anything hitting the heat shield? Did you put the tierods on correctly?
