    It also has an automatic.... If memory serves me correct, I don't think any of the 1st gen GP's came with auto's...

    When I bought my 2009 you couldn't get an auto even in the JCW.... I seem to remember some old story that John Cooper requested that no JCW be offered in auto.... This of course fell by the wayside.... As all things tend to do.... eventually....

    Well apparently upon closer inspection it has both.... Must be a very rare Skunk Works with an early automanual....:Thumbsup:

    WOW!!!!! Its "Rare find John Cooper Works. Convertible" I called the number just for kicks and grins. They texted back wanting my email. I gave them a junk email I don't use.

    Ok gang. I got an email from the GP owner, with lots of pictures. I have a new contest. Who can thank up the best replie. Here is what she said.

    "I am glad you are one of the people interested in buying my 2006 Mini John Cooper. It's still for sale, with 59,000 miles, manual transmission, never involved in any accident,needs nothing but a new owner. It was my ex husbands most precious thing, garage kept since new and it comes with a clean and clear title. I have the title on my name and i am not interested in trades or payments.I am selling it at this price ($3,200) because I just went through a divorce and when it has finished, I remained the owner and won the custody of my daughter. I, along with my daughter decided to sell the vehicle and we moved to my sister in Evart, MI trying to start a new life. The vehicle brings me bad memories and some money would be helpful in this point of life. Besides, there are a lot of things which have priority now, so, this has to go.

    Maybe someone computer savvy can email them a virus so they can't use this to actually rip anyone off? There's bound to be someone on this forum who knows how to do that.
