We've been to MOTD for the past 6 yrs, but will be coming with a Classic for the first time this spring.

I have seen several classics show up in past years.... but does anyone know if there are any classic-specific meet-ups or drives?

I don't know of any drives but I love seeing the classics at the car show across the street from my cabin.

Oh I forgot about the car show. We've never actually gone and walked through it or participated in it.

Well, I'd like to meet up with some classic folks and look at some cars up close and maybe go for a drive or two. Speak up Classic owners!

I'm usually over in a classic for the day. It will probably be Speedy the Mini PUP again this year.

Feel free to stop by the C3M cabin, all 3 of us have classics but James will be the only one actually driving his. He has the white one you might have seen last year.

    Speedy looks way cool!

It appears that there are currently 3 other classics signed up for the car show, so there will be at least that many at MOTD I suppose. Just finally got registered today.

Here is ours....she will look a bit different come time for MOTD....new tires are on order for the Minilites that came with her and some "Union Jack-if-i-cation" is planned...to detract from her 70s-chic "Antique Gold" color. I've seen this color referred to as "British Racing Puke" by others someplace online. LOL

We had ours up there for the first time last year. We are planning to bring it back this year. Not signed up for the car show though.

    Oh wow. Small world!

Well I must say, the brakes do work well. I had the drums off to check things out when I had the suspension apart and could tell that the shoes were pretty new. One thing I did change on the brakes (had nothing to do with your brake job) was the brake switch. The pressure switch on the brake line was bad, so I replaced it....brake lights still didn't come on soon enough for my taste even after bleeding the lines, so I fabbed up a bracket for a mechanical switch on the brake pedal and bypassed the original pressure switch altogether. Gives me a little piece of mind that when my foot is on the brake, the lights are glowing on the back!

Since you have a classic and a very nice one at that, I think you could just drive on the field and show your car and everyone would love it.

    More classics the better.
