Stay Stock or get the Valeo clutch kit.
The only really good performance clutch set up is OS Giken and that's about $1,700 without the labor.
If you not running track events choose one of the above. -
Second on the Valeo. It comes with a single mass flywheel.

Here is the rub...
The stock or the cheaper stock equivalents VALEO kit is good for most...
Very few people, even in modded MINI need a performance clutch...
And the thing is....to get better grip, a performance clutch uses the equivalent of a softer material and a stiffer spring...so they are harder to drive, and wear faster....
Other issues are done performance designs are loud, or can be glazed, an destroyed easily, by getting glazed, or some oil contamination....
So stock or stock equivalents is good for most. -

Thanks Zippy. I've driven many heavily modded cars with track clutches, and often they were like stiff on/off switches. There is like a quarter inch between engaged and disengaged.

You will also need to drain the transition fluid I use Redline MTL some people use others I will let them give the opinion. You may want to put Powerflex control arm bushings on it if this has not been done, Its a good time to do it. -

Rear main seal while your there. And possibly the shaft seal behind the guide tub.
Valeo clutch works well. With a lighter feel than OEM it takes getting used too but not more than a few drives.
